The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is all about gaining experience, building confidence, and developing new skills while diving in Maui.

You’ll complete five Adventure Dives with one of our experienced Maui Dreams instructors, including Deep Diving and Underwater Navigation, plus three additional Adventure Dives. Two boat dives are included!

YOUR FIVE ADVENTURE DIVES

Your Advanced Open Water course is built around five different Adventure Dives, giving you the opportunity to develop new skills while gaining real-world diving experience.

Deep Diving and Underwater Navigation are required. You’ll then complete three additional Adventure Dives selected from available options based on your interests and local conditions.

Each dive focuses on a different aspect of scuba diving, helping you become more comfortable, capable, and confident underwater.

Complete your PADI Advanced Open Water eLearning at your own pace before beginning your in-water training.Â
Dive with one of our experienced Maui Dreams instructors while completing Deep Diving, Underwater Navigation, and three additional Adventure Dives. 2 of the dives will take place from our boat.
Complete all five Adventure Dives and earn your PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Certification.

Two Boat Dives and all the equipment
Professional PADI Instruction, all scuba equipment, tanks, weights, and all in-water training. As well, on day 2, you will hop on Island Style Diving, our boat company, to complete your Deep Dive and last Adventure Dive.
PADI ADVANCEDÂ OPEN WATER DIVER
Earn a globally recognized certification that allows you to dive anywhere in the world and expand your maximum training depth to 100 ft./ 30 m.
